Design of steel structures, industrial buildings, and facilities
The reliability, manufacturability, and performance of steel buildings and structures depend on the quality of their design. The design department of Aktobe Metal Structures Plant JSC develops KM and KMD drawings for industrial buildings and facilities, custom steel structures, atmospheric-pressure silos and tanks, and other facilities for various purposes. Design work at our plant is carried out using the latest integrated software suites, which enable us to create accurate, detailed, and design-friendly 3D models of facilities of any complexity based on the client's technical specifications or concept.
The design process includes structural analysis of the 3D model, optimal selection of member sections and steel product range, development of KM design documentation, generation of KMD shop drawings, and preparation of fastener and steel schedules.
Our specialists have relevant professional education and extensive hands-on design experience, and they continuously upgrade their skills through regular training in new design technologies.
An integrated approach to design, starting from the preliminary sketch or concept stage, allows us to optimize the structure to the fullest while taking all of the client's wishes into account, customize standard designs, and apply non-standard engineering solutions.
