A modular block unit (block container) is a volumetric module of frame-and-panel construction. Its load-bearing structure is a three-dimensional steel frame. The walls and roof are enclosed with three-layer sandwich panels with basalt mineral wool insulation and an outer skin of profiled galvanized polymer-coated sheet. The interior can be divided by transverse and longitudinal partitions into any required compartments. At the client's request, the unit can be fitted with any type of windows, hatches, and doors. Block containers are designed to house electrical power, relay, control, compressor, and other equipment, to provide life support for production facilities located in remote, sparsely populated areas, and to create mobile housing systems and infrastructure facilities.
Standard sizes
Modular block units are manufactured in various sizes (width 2.4–3 m, length 3–12 m), including sizes that comply with road transport dimension limits, and are delivered fully factory-assembled.
