Aktobe Metal Structures Plant Joint Stock Company is a dynamically developing enterprise in Western Kazakhstan whose core activities are the design and manufacture of a wide range of steel structures for the construction industry and various industrial sectors, custom equipment and auxiliary structures, steel formwork, modular block units, underground and aboveground tanks, silos, and reservoirs.
The production, auxiliary, and administrative facilities of Aktobe Metal Structures Plant JSC are located in Aktobe (Industrial Zone, 627) on a 5.2 ha site (52,000 m²), close to the Orenburg–Aktobe and Western China–Western Europe highways. The warehouse loading and unloading yard is equipped with a private railway siding that can accommodate up to 15 railcars and two 20-ton gantry cranes.
The plant's production capacity is built on a fleet of the latest specialized process equipment and software, enabling the efficient implementation of state-of-the-art processes in steel structure design and fabrication.

Key milestones
From a pilot plant to the region's largest steel structure supplier.
- 1999Foundation
The plant was established by a team of industry professionals with more than 10 years of experience, on the basis of the Aktobe Pilot Repair and Mechanical Plant.
- 2010Modernization
Production capacity was modernized and lines were expanded. Since 2005, more than 10 projects totaling 4,482 tons have been completed. Serial production of welded I-beams was launched.
- 2016Joint stock company
On April 1, 2016, the plant was reorganized from an LLP into a joint stock company.
- 2017IPO on KASE
40% of the shares (85,892 shares) were placed on the KASE stock exchange. Market capitalization at IPO was KZT 2.4 billion, with a long-term target of KZT 3.5 billion.
